It’s always unsettling when you have an AC issue in August in Texas. Evan and Will were not only able to get out to our house same day, but within a couple hours. They managed to address our issue quickly as well as to share wisdom on how to move forward. My 91-year-old friend, an Air Force veteran living in Leander, had his AC break down. A company recommended by his home warranty came out over a week ago but didn’t fix it due to a lack of parts and no follow-up. He went a whole week without AC. When I found out, I contacted Christy and Nick at Cool Atmosphere. They came right out, had the parts in stock, and got his AC running again. A BIG THANKS to them for helping my elderly veteran friend!

Our AC went out at 5pm and temp outside was 101….of course! Called Cool Atmosphere and they returned call immediately!! Evan arrived a little while later and took care of business!!! By 9:30pm our home was cooling off nicely!! Thank you Evan!!! We have used Cool Atmosphere on several occasions and had our friends use them as well!! Best AC service out there!
