Our a/c stopped blowing cold air on Sunday. I emailed Cool Atmosphere in the afternoon and I got a response within the hour. They sent Thomas on Monday around noon which was well within the window they estimated. Thanks for quick and friendly service once again!! Y'all are still great and I'll continue to recommend you 10 out of 10 times. Great service from the time the phone was answered to when our air conditioning unit was serviced. Thank you Christy and Nick keep up the wonderful business practices!!

Excellent customer service and thrust worthy

Incredibly fast response time and arrived within less than an hour of me contacting them. They identified the issue within minutes. We ended up signing a maintenance contract with them and they and were able to answer all of my questions about our unit and things I should watch for going forward. I have seen tons of recommendations for this company and this was the first opportunity we had to use them since replacing our entire ac system years ago. We will definitely use them for all of our ac needs going forward!!
